I used the Frames Without Frames technique from http://www.fu2k.org/alex/css/frames/pixels and I had it working right in IE, Nescape and Firefox on the PC and FireFox, Opera, and Safari on the mac. (I have a different layout for IE Mac) Then I made a whole lot of changes unrelated to the frames without frames layout and now it's not working on PC IE anymore. The header and nav bar scroll along with the content instead of staying put. It still works everywhere else that I've checked. I've tried to retrace my steps but can't figure out where I went wrong. Is it obvious to anyone else?
