I have a website I'm working on at www.pdrsolution.com/bistro17/index.html.

As you can see, I have an image of a building that I put directly into the
index.html. My questions are as follows:

1.) It seems far easier to establish proper positioning of image if I put it in
the html code vs. .css

2.) But, I'd like the image to serve as a fixed background image.

3.)When I tried placing the image as 'background' with the .css code ie. I
tried the body and some other areas, the image would disappear behind the other
elements instead of out in front.

Does anyone know where I need to position this image within the .css code so
that it's position is fixed and centered behind the middle column content?

Thanks
