I have copied the HTML and CSS footer code from an existing web site to
use in the new design.  Somewhere, a horizonal line has shown up, and I
have not been able to figure out how to get rid of it.  That would be
the line above the text in the footer box of the page.
 
Also, within FireFox, the four logos are bunched up under the menu.
Again, no idea why.
 
Any and all helps will be greatly appreciated.
