Riquez, it certainly is! In Safari 1.3.2 Mac it's a bit over 1/4 of the way up the page. Also does it in Netscape 7.02 for Mac. Not so with FF. And in IE/Mac it's about 10px from the top of the page. Looks OK in Opera 9. Maybe it has something to do with the position:absolute. Try getting rid of that and putting it back into the flow.
