If you use the "Advanced" interface: <http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/validator-uri> you can choose which warnings to receive. I normally set it to "No warnings" as the warnings are always stupid things about "not having a background-color with a color" and are, frankly, more trouble than they're worth.
