You're welcome, but I certainly don't mean that article to be an endorsement of using overflow to contain floats all the time. I use the Easy Clearing method most of the time. Part of this is habit, but part of it is because I have had issues with scrollbars showing up in some browsers in complex layouts. Zoe -- Zoe M.
