Hi-
I'm having a hard time getting a background image to show up on my website.
Here's how I've written the CSS:
body {background:#ccc; url(img_36.gif) repeat; margin:5px; padding:5px;
font:1.2em arial, verdana, sans-serif; text-align:center;}
The image is saved in my root directory. I've tried using quotations around
the image name, moving it into my images folders, and adding an extra
backslash in front of the image name, but to no avail. The background color
shows up, but nothing else. I've attached the image, if it helps.
Any thoughts what I might be missing?
