It is exhibiting the em font-resizing bug in ie [1] but I see no
"Japanese" in xp ie/6.0.
You are probably aware that:
-the descender of the letter f (in the header) is clipped on all pages
in ie, but only on the home page in other browsers(a white space shows
beneath it on the inside pages)..
-the site is not handling font-zoom well in ff or opera, either--
breaking out the bottom in ff, and a cross-over problem in opera.
