This works if the text is only one line long. If it wraps onto two or more lines, the background image is going to be centered in regards to the entire height of the list item, which is probably not what you want. I recommend using a small em value, like .3em, to nudge your background image down and keep it roughly centered with the first line of text no matter how many more come after it. Zoe -- Zoe M.
