When I click the Skip to Portfolio link <http://www.gnd.com.au/temp2/PropertyPortfolio.aspx>, it doesn't appear to use any Flash. I'm the sort that would dump the silly Flash splash screen - the only people that those things make happy are the Marketing Dept's tender little egos. Your current site up there is one of those silly "under construction" things.
