Yes, it is triggering standards compliance mode. I see that the h-bar has been removed in IE6. Putting all this h-bar stuff aside, is there a way to make the bar's styling show up? If not, I'll just go ahead and get rid of the doctype altogether, and we can be done with this discussion. I assume it won't be a big problem if I remove the doctype since it's just a frame that loads in an iframe, thus I'm not worried about having it come up in search engines.
