Yep, that's what you'll have to do with your current setup.

But I'd love to see an example of one your pages with all these classes 
to control spacing. I bet you could do away with most if not all of 
them, greatly simplifying your CSS and markup. Care to offer one up for 
the challenge? I know you posted a link to a site in this message, but 
I'm not sure whether it is an example of a page where you have gotten 
the text formatting just how you like it, or if you are still futzing 
with it. I'd love an example of a finished page to try my hand at 
duplicating with simplified styles.

By the way, to start a new thread, do not reply to an existing message.
