On a local copy, the image is located on the right, but is positioned 
too low.

Between the columns, there are consecutive comments:
...
</div> <!-- end ltCol -->

<!-- = RIGHT COLUMN = -->
<div id="rtCol">
...

Removing this bug trigger [1] (deleting the comments) fixed the IE6 
problem at my side.
