The inline styles may be contributing factors. And some kind soul will 
be along with a magic wand to fix it
A simple layout with valid files and no inline styles (that zooms in any 
browser) usually works relatively well cross-browser; and, if not, at 
least it makes maintenance and de-bugging a lot easier (for all concerned).
