Quite the opposite, IMO.
IE6 just have /different/ impairments depending on mode. Once they're
sorted out it's just a matter of personal preferences and design-choices
which mode IE6 is working "best" in.

I personally think IE6 works best in quirks mode...

Not necessarily... but then again: I personally abandoned "pixel
perfection" long before IE6 were launched. I think it was around the
time when IE4 was released, but my memory may play tricks on me.
