Quite the opposite, IMO. IE6 just have /different/ impairments depending on mode. Once they're sorted out it's just a matter of personal preferences and design-choices which mode IE6 is working "best" in. I personally think IE6 works best in quirks mode... <http://www.gunlaug.no/contents/wd_additions_16.html> ...especially now that that version is "dead". > Means abandoning pixel-perfect layout is IE5 & 5.5, of course. Not necessarily... but then again: I personally abandoned "pixel perfection" long before IE6 were launched. I think it was around the time when IE4 was released, but my memory may play tricks on me. regards Georg -- http://www.gunlaug.no ______________________________________________________________________ css-discuss [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.css-discuss.org/mailman/listinfo/css-d IE7 information -- http://css-discuss.incutio.com/?page=IE7 List wiki/FAQ -- http://css-discuss.incutio.com/ Supported by evolt.org -- http://www.evolt.org/help_support_evolt/
