Coming through just fine in the good browsers :-)

IE6 is left a bit behind.
- it's in quirks mode (which isn't a problem in itself).
- no link-cursor on horizontal menu.
- some (probably box-model related) differences compared with the other
browsers on this page <http://maritimecompliance.com/featured.php>
- footer, with validation-links etc. looks a bit messed up.
