It comes down to personal preferences, but if you are looking for ways
to organize your CSS so it is easy to build up and maintain - especially
in work-groups, then these guidelines looks like an alright set to start
from when creating your own.
Multiple stylesheets are especially efficient when you want to test out
or apply for example a new theme, but want to reuse the rest. Beats
"copy and paste".

(Comment to Mike: I guess I'm a little bit retarded, but I prefer
multiple and therefore somewhat reusable stylesheets - a bit like
described in the article.
But... I also prefer "wrapping one-liners" and don't mind plowing
through huge stylesheets either, so I guess it's all about my personal
preferences (or degree of retardedness :-) ).)
