While I agree with the above statement I just take the chance for some remark on IE7 in quirks mode. I wonder if this not has been mentioned before, but I could not find it on the CSS-wiki or elsewhere: The star hack still works for IE7 in quirks mode. Also, the new IE7 hacks only work for IE7 when in strict mode. So, regarding CSS IE7 in quirks mode works pretty much like IE6 in quirks mode.
