So, I've created a page using the exact code from footerStickAlt http://www.themaninblue.com/writing/perspective/2005/08/29/ except I've given a background to the HTML. Unfortunately, the background applies only to the page to the extent of the viewport height. Which means that if the page is taller than the viewport, the area below the viewport will not have the background applied.
