Thanks for taking the time to check this out.... Ok. I'll admit I am no experienced web site manager. So, the following questions my seem stupid. Please humor me:
1) Is this a problem with the css files, the html files, or the web server setup? 2) If it's a web server setup problem, understanding you don't know what web server app I am using, is there any direction you can give me for fixing the problem? Things I should look for in the configuration of the web server? The server is misconfigured: The actual MIME type of the css file, "application/octet-stream", is not "text/css", as it should.
