I see now that Zoe has already addressed this:
On a local file adding a unit of measure for the width (you have
width:780;) corrected it for me in ff and opera.
address { background-color: fuchsia; width:780px; }
FWIW, you may want to look into the vertical overlap of some text and
breaking of the h-menu when the fonts are scaled even a little :-) .
