Add some well-placed 'hasLayout'[1] triggers...
.class-folder ul, .class-documentation-page ul {width: 100%;}
...and IE/win will "space out" the relevant elements and reveal the links.
Hope it's ok that I mention "divitis" and "classitis" after looking at
that page :-)
