You will need to make sure the wmode of the movie in flash is set to
transparent; that will allow the menus to render above the flash
movie.  This will work for both windows and the mac; however, it will
not work under Linux.  It is a known bug with flash for linux.
Z-index won't affect it going over flash--the flash doesn't respect
the layering rules of z-index.
