Assuming your uri is: http://216.219.94.105/index1.cfm I ran the file through tidy online <http://infohound.net/tidy/>. Tidy pointed out the errors and corrected them. On the 2nd pass Tidy pointed out 3 warnings that are easy to correct manually. Once the markup is validated, it does not necessarily mean the page will render as intended.
