HI,

I am just about to embark on a journey to customize the greybox
effect on my test page: http://www.3pointdesign.com/index3.html

I got a funny (ha ha) feeling that this might turn into a nightmare,
so would appreciate any advice in advance.
These changes are done in the css, so not o.t.

Straying away a tiny little, I am also keen to learn of any os or
browsers that don't like it because I can't test this function on my
usual browser shots place. Also if anyone knows a better way of
getting this effect then please tell me.

Back to css -

If I add the style sheet that comes with grey box it messes up my
menu system (shrinks it):
http://www.3pointdesign.com/index2.html
& the criminal style sheet: http://www.3pointdesign.com/greybox/
gb_styles.css

Any ideas which styles need the css karate chop? The tags, class and
ids for the menu system are all quite complicated, written by some
people at a company that I can't disclose for fear of a moderator
telling me off for trying to plug them ;-), so I am really surprised
that this other style sheet is messing it up!

The markup only fails on 1 error - which is to do with attaching the
style sheet - <link href="greybox/gb_styles2.css" rel="stylesheet"
type="text/css" media="all" /> What's up with that??!! it only
differs by the media="all" /> rather than just closing it type="text/
css"> Any ideas why these people have used this method of linking -
and why it doesn't validate?

Thanks, Chris
