Safari for Windows is, as far as I can see, based on the most recent  
builds of WebKit. That is very different from the release version of  
Safari, as installed by OS X 10.4/10.3 - that is a nearly 2 years old  
code base.

But in the future, Safari Mac and Safari Win would be the same -  
minus OS specific GUI look and feel (like form controls).
