I have a hard time finding the links and reading the text, as the page requires a "fixed" font size - yours. No browser is required to respect "fixed" font size, so users can change that at will. I have all my browsers set to something I can read on screen - 14 to 16px, which means parts of the text and/or links are chopped off and/or overlapping.
