A friend of mine asked me to look at her site which she is working on and make it more fluid. I've been able to do almost everything, except getting the borders correct.

Can anyone give me some hints to get the left border to mimic what's on the original page. Note: I've only worked on the first page, so none of the links on my revised page work. Thanks in advance.
