    What about a different approach? In the case of this kind of JS 
functionality I can think of two ways to do it:
a) add nothing and let JS load the entire gallery (structure and images), or
b) add the structure and images as you want people to see them and use 
JS to rearrange the structure and create the slide show.

   If the images are part of the actual content I would suggest to use b).
