Hmm. I certainly see a styled page on Opera here -- Opera 9.24 on Win XP SP2. But you seem to be browser sniffing using the user agent string -- a dodgy technique at best. Why? Your drop-down menu will not close completely though. One menu item is always open, no matter what. I'd investigate further if the page didn't take two minutes to load.
