Hi,

I'm having a first stab a designing a homepage, and I've run into one major
hiccup. I’ve used background images on the two main content area container divs:

#home-row1
#home-row2

They should appear as the background images for the nested boxes within them.

This works great in Firefox but the background images don't appear in IE.
Instead it's only just picking up the white background colour of the #container
div which is at a much higher level in the stylesheet.

I tried changing the images to .gifs in case IE was having issues with .png
files but that didn’t work.

I can’t find any references to IE issues with background images online or in
books but if there is something I'd appreciate being pointed in the right
direction.

I imagine the solution is really simple, but I'm newby with CSS, so any help
would be much appreciated.

Thanks
