Shaking my > head in disbelief. LOL. Am I understanding this wrong. and you don't have to restart Internet Explorer. When I click the IE7 toggle button I get this message. "You must close all Internet Explorer windows and restart Internet Explorer to complete the IE7 Emulation mode switch" When you select OK, you must close Internet Explorer and reload it and then IE8 is in IE7 mode and the IE7 toggle button now has a white background. If you click the toggle button again the same message appears and then you must close Internet Explorer and reload it again to be back in IE8 mode. I did see a link for these developer tools on the IE blog, I must find the link again.
