You're doing fine. But, there's always opportunity to do even more... You /may/ want to keep it from kissing the left rail in IE/7; set a width on #navigation so the links wrap and the content-text does not run beneath the ul with font-scaling; set temporary background-colors (or goofy borders) on stuff so you can see the page structure; horizontally center the outermost #container rather than the body declaration; and, ditch #wrapper. Make sure IE/6 agrees. Test it cross-browser from here to eternity. Cross your fingers and and hope for the best.
