Can someone list some very basic rules for laying out CSS for printing purposes? What are the... top 5 (or 3) things to know about CSS for print vs. for screen? I recently created stylesheets for print and found myself floundering with the most basic concept of where the uppermost left-hand corner was on the printed page.... it didn't seem to be the same as the uppermost left-hand corner of the browser window...
