Amber,
I only took a look at your source code for that page. Assuming that that header
is in a page with a valid doctype to begin with, the problems you are
encountering are probably due to improper dropdown construction. You have
closed LIs and inserted ULs between them. If I were trying to correct the
problem, I'd start with validating the dropdown list construction first.
