As you say, in "negMargin.css" you have this:
#content {
background:#EAECF7 url(images/midBgndL.gif) repeat-y scroll 1px 50%;
margin:20px 20px 40px 200px;
padding-bottom:25px;
position:relative;
}
But on the last line you have this:
* html #content {margin-left:207px;}
So if you didn't plug the rule I suggested *after* that last rule then it is
normal that nothing changed.
I hadn't checked your styles sheet before now (just used the dev toolbar),
but of course knowing now that you have that rule in there you would not
have to add anything, but instead remove that last rule.
