I think you forgot the link: <http://alistapart.com/articles/testdriven> While it's an interesting article I definitely won't be using JavaScript to test for CSS properties. We're not dealing with IE4 anymore - getting a consistent layout is easy and the work to build and maintain multiple stylesheets is far too much for any commercial developer to consider IMO.
