http://www.w3.org/TR/css3-background/ I was just looking at this last night http://www.css3.info/preview/ For me, I can't *wait* to be able to use multiple backgrounds on an element... somehow or another this comes up for me all the time, when building a design. Reusing the same background image, but sizing it differently in different elements is also an intriguing idea, design-wise.
