Well, as far as rendering goes, I suppose that's possible. Well 
designed sites should look the same across all browsers. However, to say 
outright that it's an "IE Clone" is a smidge silly, considering that its 
WebKit at its roots.
        However, I never thought or considered that Google Chrome had the 
"feel" of IE at all.
