Hi, I've got a problem in CSS with IE7, I'm not really interested in earlier
versions.
7 paragraphs of a poem appear despite each paragraph is given zero opacity.
The CSS is:
#paraback
{display:block;position:absolute;left:450px;top:40;width:200px;height:580px;background-color:#ffffff;opacity:0;z-index:2;}
#poem {display:block;font-family:'bookman old
style';color:#8E7E00;font-size:12pt;text-align:centre;font-weight:900;line-height:0.9em;position:absolute;left:450px;top:20px;width:250px;z-index:3;}
#para2,#para3,#para4,#para5,#para6,#para7 {position:relative;opacity:0}
<!--[if lte IE 7]><style type="text/css"> #im1 {filter:alpha(opacity=25);}
#para2 ,#para3,#para4,#para5,#para6,#para7
{position:relative,filter:alpha(opacity=0);}
#paral,#para1,#para8,#para9,#para10,#para11,#para12,#para13
{filter:alpha(opacity=0);}
#paraback {filter:alpha(opacity=0);}
#para1 {left:700px;width:300px;}
</style><![endif]-->
and the xhtml is:
<div id="paraback" > </div>
<div id="poem">
<div id="para2"><h4>The tyger</h4>
<p>
Tyger! Tyger! burning bright<br/>
In the forests of the night,<br/>
What immortal hand or eye<br/>
Could frame thy fearful symmetry?<br/></p></div>
And so on...................
<div id="para6">
<p>
When the stars threw down their spears,<br/>
</p></div>
<div id="para7">
<p>
Tyger! Tyger! burning bright<br/>
</p>
<p class="credit">"The Tyger"[1794] by William
Blake[1757-1827]</p></div></div>
It is probably easier to see it on the web, loading the preloader will enable
you to see what I mean:

Thankyou
