I still need your help. I haven't figured out why the rest of the pages are
now "off the center". They were aligned centrally earlier.

I'm a beginner and want to learn some stuff. could you please recommend some
online articles or give me some general points on the following:

1. How do I *approach a re-design job*. Like, do I go first find all the
divisions etc. What tools could be useful. I use Dreamweaver for ease in
coding html and css

2. What general things have I got to take care of in the css for *IE 6/7*.
Isn't the latest IE quite web standards compliant (atleast the formally
standardized ones)?

3. What things in the css would affect the *SEO*? or does css have no affect
on SEO.

I really appreciate your help.
