As experiment try commenting out the #esittely.toggle() in your javascript. I think that maybe the difference in width of the default and the framed image with text is causing a re-calculation of dimensions leading to the shift on hover. This would be just a test to see if we can isolate the mechanism to this piece of the javascript.
