Thank you. That worked on the browser preview but not on hotmail and
gmail clients. :(
Maybe the issue is not display:block; related. :s

I'm having:
a) all in one line,
b) inline css applied
c) cellpadding and cellspacing set to 0
d) display:block; only; OR vertical-align:bottom/top; only; OR
vertical-align and display together;
e) I have also tried to set margin-top:0 margin-bottom:0; line-height:0;

I'm so clueless... :s
