This CSS works:

    height: 300px;
    width: 400px;
    margin: 0 auto;
    font-size: 24px;
    line-height: 36px;
    vertical-align: middle;
    text-align: center;
}

I have ignored branding and instead used only one DIV as follows:

The file is attached for you to test it out.  I am not sure if you can get it
