I commented out the width of line 187, and set li to width: 120px this seems to have fixed the problem without messing anything else up. Weird, I didn't notice (nor did friends) when I took the site live and tested some months ago. but bottom line: I now get the "hand" cursor all over that entire widget, as it ought to be. Thank you!
