I've no idea about that site, but the official Android SDK includes an emulator:

If accuracy is your bag in the end you'll want to break down and purchase a mobile device and save the receipt for your business accountant. In my experience none of the emulators/simulators really give little more than a very cursory view of the page and its spacing...
