The rule tests for device width, not viewport width. For the latter, you
would use max-width.

reported by the W3C CSS Validator when testing against CSS3 and defining
vendor extensions as warnings only. Although many of the CSS errors are
caused by using IE-specific methods, some of them are relevant and may
