This page is set up to be responsive and prioritize different CSS depending on 
what browser the user is viewing the page it. It seems to work fine except for 
android-based tablets and phones. For some reason there is a border showing on 
the bottom of the div for the main menu. You can see it here:

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening and any suggestion on how to 
fix it? I've tried border-bottom: none; and border-bottom-width: 0; but those 
don't fix it.
