[css-d] Font Size Small in FireFox ?

Hi, how come the font-size is smaller in FireFox compared to Chrome and 
IE, which is displaying the font size correctly.  I want to change the 
line spacing for the UL, is there a more elegant way then just 
{line-spacing} ?
