Ok, not sure what the deal is here but I think I found another bug. This time
with IE.
Currently I have a div that I have put a matrix transform on and I have these
two declarations set.

filter: progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.Matrix(M11=0.99862953,
M12=-0.05233596, M21=0.05233596, M22=0.99862953,sizingMethod='auto expand');

and

-ms-transform: matrix(0.99862953, 0.05233596, -0.05233596, 0.99862953, 0, 0);

(Thinking I needed them to cover all IEs. )

IE 9 applies both to the div and I get a messed up angle and a black background.
The backgrounds are transparent otherwise.

Bug?
